1. Relax and Sleep Anxiety increases the level of hair loss. You should do whatever you can to relax, and know that hair loss in pregnancy is just a temporary event. You should also take enough and regular sleep.
2. Wash your hair properly Please use shampoos and conditioners that contain biotin and silica, and you also wash your hair properly: it is always better to dry your hair with towel then using a blower which may damage hair.
3. Give nutrient to your hair You can also try to apply hair film, or simply some egg white on your hair. There is protein in the egg white, which is good to strengthen your hair.
4. Massage your scalp Massage of scalp is a great help too. You can rub, pinch, knock, and scrub your scalp. Here is how to do it:
*Rub: use the finger pulp to rub in gentle circular motion, avoid using the nail;
*Pinch: very gently use index and thumb to pinch the scalp;
*Knock: starts from the center of the scalp, knock with knuckle in all directions. Scrub: use the pulp of your thumb to scrub from back of your head to the neck with a downwards motion.

【专家解读:孕期脱发的3大原因】
很多妈妈在孕期会出现脱发的情况,主要的原因有以下三种:
1. 与雌激素水平有关
孕妇脱发与体内雌激素水平有着密切关系。怀孕初期雌孕激素水平高,毛发更新速度就慢,一般不会引起脱发。部分孕妇在孕中期雌激素水平相对低时,毛发更新速度快,引起脱发。
2. 与精神状态有关
同时精神心理因素也是引起脱发的重要原因。如:睡眠质量不好,心情不能放松,导致植物神经功能紊乱,头皮血液供应不畅,头发营养不良等造成脱发严重。
3. 营养供应失衡
由于怀孕对女性来说是一个极大的消耗过程,有些女性在怀孕期间饮食单调,不能满足母体和胎儿的营养需求,容易出现营养缺乏或营养不均衡,导致体内蛋白质、维生素或矿物质供应不足,从而影响头发的生长和代谢。

1. 放松精神,充足睡眠
要知道准妈妈如果精神状态不稳定,发质也会随之改变。所以在孕期一定要避免精神紧张,保持心情舒畅,因为紧张的情绪只能加重脱发的程度。要认识到脱发是一个暂时的过程,生产后很快就会长出如以往的秀发。同时还要保持良好、充足的睡眠,可以促进皮肤及毛发正常的新陈代谢,尽量做到每天睡眠不少于8个小时,养成定时睡眠的好习惯。
2. 选用温和的洗发液并正确洗发
为了避免脱发,准妈妈要选用性质温和,适合自己的洗发用品。正确的洗涤方法对头发的养护同样起着重要作用,主要包括以下几个步骤:刷头发、用清水洗头发、用洗发液洗头发、使用护发素、用干毛巾吸干头发上的水分。同时要避免使用吹风干,最好自然晾干,以减小损害。
3. 加强头发的外在护养
如果掉发严重,准妈妈还可以试试给头发做护养,可以每两到三天使用一次营养发膜或用一只鸡蛋清涂在洗过的头发上,按摩后洗净。要知道蛋清中含有丰富的蛋白质,可以给头发提供营养,增加头发的韧性。
4. 经常按摩
经常按摩可以起到促进血液循环的作用,有利于头发的新陈代谢。准妈妈平时可以利用指腹按摩头皮,包括揉、捏、敲、擦等四个步骤:
① 揉:揉时画圆,指甲不要竖起;
② 捏:捏时力道放松;
③ 敲:敲时以发旋为中心前后左右移动;
④ 擦:擦时用姆指由正后往下面按。
5. 补充营养
经常脱发的准妈妈,身体里往往会缺铁。所以平时要注重饮食,可以多吃一些含铁质丰富的食物,比如黄豆、黑豆、虾、熟花生、菠菜、蛋类、带鱼、鲤鱼、香蕉、胡萝卜、马铃薯等。
此外,由于维生素 E可以起到促进血液循环、加速毛发生长的作用,准妈妈们平时也要注意补充,可以多吃一些核桃仁、橄榄油、玉米、麦芽、豌豆、芝麻、葵花子、鲜莴苣、卷心菜、黑芝麻等食品。
